White Chocolate Cream Cheese Frosting:
(J P 1st, M 2nd)
8 oz cream cheese, softened
½ cup unsalted butter, softened
3 oz white chocolate, melted and cooled
1 tsp vanilla extract
2-5 cup powdered sugar , spooned or poured into cup
1 to 3 tsp milk or heavy cream if needed to thin out frosting
Beat butter until creamy. Add cream cheese and beat until smooth.
Add in vanilla and melted chocolate.
Slowly add in powdered sugar, 1 cup at a time, and beat until smooth. Check for desired stiffness and sweetness after each addition of sugar. Beat on high for 3-5 minutes.
