Chocolate Parfait cups

 

Ingredients + Directions for each layer listed separately

Will also need 12-15 Oreos and crush them until mostly crumbs

 

Whipped Cream Top layer

1/2 tsp unflavored Gelatin mix

1 cup Heavy Cream

6-8 tbsp Icing/powder/confectionar’s Sugar (depending on how sweet you want it)

2 tsp vanilla bean paste

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Place beaters and a bowl in the freezer for 10-15 minutes. Whip the cream until slightly thickened. Add the confectioner sugar and vanillas and whip to a slight stiff texture. Add in the gelatin. Beat until thick

 

Cocoa Whipped Cream Layer

1/2 tsp unflavored Gelatin mix

1 cup Heavy Cream

6-8 tbsp Icing/powder/confectionar’s Sugar (depending on how sweet you want it)

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1 to 2 tbsp cocoa powder

Place beaters and a bowl in the freezer for 10-15 minutes. Whip the cream until slightly thickened. Add the confectioner sugar, cocoa and vanilla and whip to a slight stiff texture. Add in the gelatin. Beat until stiff.

 

Milk chocolate Layer

4 oz milk chocolate bar, chopped

1/2 tsp unflavored Gelatin mix

1 cup Heavy Cream

2-5 tbsp Icing/powder/confectioner’s Sugar (depending on how sweet you want it)

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Place beaters and a bowl in the freezer for 10-15 minutes. Melt chocolate with a double boiler. Stir until smooth. Let cool to room temperature. Whip the cream until starting to thicken. Add the confectioner sugar, gelatin, and vanilla and whip to a slight stiff texture. Add in melted chocolate, 1 tbsp at a time and beat until combined and thick

 

Semi-Sweet or dark chocolate Layer

4 oz semi sweet or dark chocolate bar, chopped

1/2 tsp unflavored Gelatin mix

1 cup Heavy Cream

4-7 tbsp Icing/powder/confectioner’s Sugar (depending on how sweet you want it)

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Place beaters and a bowl in the freezer for 10-15 minutes. Melt chocolate using a double boiler. Stir until smooth. Let cool to room temperature. Whip the cream until starting to thicken. Add the confectioner sugar, gelatin, and vanilla and whip to a slight stiff texture. Add in melted chocolate, 1 tbsp at a time and beat until combined and thick

 

Pipe into your cups the semi-sweet (or dark) layer, crushed cookies, cocoa cream, cookies, and whipped cream. Decorate with shave chocolate, more crushed Oreos, edible candy, sprinkles or hot fudge sauce or melted chocolate drizzle
