Chocolate Whipped Cream Frosting/Filling

Chocolate Whipped Cream Frosting

1/2 tsp unflavored Gelatin mix

1 cup Heavy Cream

5-8 tbsp Icing/powder/confectionar’s Sugar (depending on how sweet you want it)

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 to 2 tbsp cocoa powder

 

Place beaters and a bowl in the freezer for 10-15 minutes. Whip the cream until slightly thickened. Add the confectioner sugar, cocoa and vanilla and whip to a slight stiff texture. Add in the gelatin. Beat until consistency of shaving cream (stiff/thick).
