Pumpkin Pie

SANY0185(same pie, different lighting and sliced…weird) pumpk pi

1 (15 oz.) can pumpkin (about 2 cups)

1 (14 oz.) can Sweetened Condensed Milk

1/2 cup brown sugar

2 large eggs

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 teaspoon all purpose flour

4 tsp pumpkin pie spice

1/2 tsp ground ginger

a pinch to 1/8 tsp of the following spices: ground all spice, ground cloves and ground nutmeg

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 (9-inch) unbaked pie crust


HEAT oven to 420°F. Whisk pumpkin, sweetened condensed milk, sugar, eggs, vanilla, spices and salt in medium bowl until smooth. Pour into crust.

BAKE 15 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 350°F; bake an additional 30 to 50 minutes (15-30 minutes more if doing mini pies) or until knife inserted 1-inch from crust comes out clean. Cool. Garnish as desired.
